Anxiety

A lot of times when we have anxiety for as long as we can remember we might have to look at other issues such as childhood trauma, or perhaps long term drug or alcohol use. The anxiety can be a symptom to something else. Since people experience life events differently each person needs to be assessed individually by a trained professional. Regardless recovering from the anxiety will take a lot of perseverance and determination to get better.
