Anxiety and Fear

Everybody experiences anxiety and fear. These are primitive emotions associated with the flight or fright response to perceived danger. It’s when this mechanism does turn off the adrenaline from the flight or fight response eventually wears down the central nervous system, thus causing anxiety excessive fear and panic attacks. The most important thing to remember about anxiety is how to consciously take a break from the anxiety. Be aware of the things you do that lessen the perceived anxiety. This will give your body a much needed break from the fear and anxiety. I hope this answers your questions.
